VOLLEYBALL PERFORMANCE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM
Specialized Training program designed towards volleyball players and volleyball movements. This training is not a weight lifting program. The workouts are based on strengthening the core muscles used in volleyball with an emphasis on proper form and technique to minimize injury and maintenance of a player’s body. This program focuses on:
- INCREASE VERTICAL & APPROACH JUMP
- EXPLOSIVE POWER
- FIRST-STEP QUICKNESS
- CHANGE OF DIRECTION DEVELOPMENT
- INJURY PREVENTION
- FOOT SPEED / AGILITY
- VOLLEYBALL SPECIFIC STRENGTH
Every Tuesday & Thursday night!
5-6 PM MIDDLE SCHOOL
6-7 PM HIGH SCHOOL
