While this investment makes Club volleyball expensive, we are committed to helping our families through our Sponsorship program and need-based scholarships, which are designed to reduce the financial burden for those who may need it. Additionally, we also provide information and support for third-party fundraising opportunities, further increasing the potential for our families to earn money toward their season fees.

TLVC SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM
Texas Legends Volleyball offers sponsorship opportunities to our members in order to help them with season fees. Once you have been selected for a Texas Legends team you may start seeking sponsorships. Players can go in person to local businesses or send personalized letters (sample below) to ask for sponsorships.

LEGENDS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The Legends Scholarship covers up to 20% of a player's total season fees for athletes who demonstrate genuine financial need and a sincere commitment to the club. A limited number of scholarships are awarded each season — and this year, we're raising the bar. We want to hear directly from athletes, in their own words and their own voice.
Who is eligible
• Must be committed to playing the 2026–27 season with Texas Legends Volleyball
• Player's account must be in good standing at the time of contract signing
• Scholarship will be applied at contract signing to reduce monthly payment
How to apply
Applications are submitted through our online Google Form. The form walks through five steps:
Step 1: Player & parent information
Step 2: Athlete video submission — record a 2–4 minute video on your phone answering our prompts. This must come from the athlete.
Step 3: Written responses — two short prompts answered in your own words, plus an optional space to share your family's situation
Step 4: Two character reference letters — from a coach, teacher, or community leader (not a family member)
Step 5: Scholarship agreement — read and signed by both the athlete and a parent or guardian
